Should a man have a say on what a woman does with an unplanned pregnancy.
I was reading another article and just wanted to throw it out there to see how others felt about it :should a man have a say on what a woman does with an unplanned pregnancy?

I think so. If he does not want the child she should either abort or choose to raise the baby without any financial assistance from the father.

How about the other way around? He may want the child and she may not want to go through pregnancy in order to give it to him...

A man would, should and could have something to say about an unplanned pregnancy if he were married to the mother. Somehow I am getting the idea that this is not the case. If you are not married to her, you have no rights, or shouldn't have. Don't go sleeping around without a marriage certificate giving you the right to do so. Is this the South you are talking about. That is the way people I know do it in the South. Wedding first, honeymoon second. Then work it out.

Let's make peace early on - whatever is in one's body is his/hers to do with as he/she pleases! How's that for fair? Guess that still leaves the child support wide open...
To me it's a hypothetical situation only, but if I were to have a child by somebody who doesn't want it, I wouldn't seek anything from him. I'm that proud.
