Hugs everybody! Sorry I havent visited in a long time, but my heart never leaves this circle!! I am grateful to have connected with you all who value equality of brotherhood of mankind, who acknowledge the beauty the creator gave us to share. Respect for our differences is an honorable virture and it is not an easy thing to do, especially when we feel threatened. When all egotystical heirarchies have been exposed and abolished, we come before the core of love, and realise we are all the creator's children, and we have a legacy to leave the rest who will come after us.
Love thy brotheren, forgive your own misjudgements of others and allow more knowledge to come to you, then peace reigns...hooray! Love you!!!! *** ^*^

Today is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year for sunlight, the beginning of the summer season, for each day afterwards becomes a little shorter. I offer this prayer from Chief Yellow Hawk.

Oh Great Spirit of our Ancestors, I raised my pipe to you.

To your messengers of the four winds, and to Mother Earth who provides for your children.

Give us the wisdom to teach our children to love, to respect, and to be kind to each other so that they may grow with peace of mind.

Let us learn to share all good things that you provide for us on this Earth.

Goodpasture I pray that your lady is recovering. I just saw your post as I've been absent from the Circle the past 10 days or so. The Pagan rune you posted is beautiful.

Blessings,
pnc

I am on a soul journey, I am about to turn "historic" myself, and I have been seeking my old homes. I found the one where we lived when I was born and lived in til 1964, I have better memories of then than I have of short term, lol... what's up with that? "welcome to old age".

hello circle.
like OrionsAngel my heart has never the left circle; there's power and peace in the circle and i'am greatful.
hang in there Goodpasture.
i'd like to place my son in the circle by proxy. 21 years old and crohn's dz. is taking it's tolls; hopefully he will gain some spirit. he has none.

ptsum: That sort of prayer doesn't bother me at all. Very nice indeed!

I'm eagerly awaiting the temperature going down as the days shorten, but due to seasonal lag it will be a while.

I know so many people with crohn's dz. Tell him to hang in there.

gabfest, I will keep you and your son within my thoughts and prayers, it is never easy caring for a child with such a debilitating disease and knowing that there is really no actual cure for it short of surgery and even then that is not guaranteed, some medicines only ease the condition for a short period of time and one has to watch one's diet and at times it can become very frustrating and challenge your patients in such situations, your son is going through some very trying times and the only comfort that you can offer him as your support and that is important, be patient with him.
