How about raising the bar so we don't always have to make choices from a devilish lineup? This is the ultimate problem.

What transgressions? He hasn't even been a politician until now. Any that would suspect you to believe he'd abuse power? Did he accept bribes as a judge?

As a Providence "resident" (Mr. Johnny Come Lately Manhattan Boy); why don't you tell us who YOU support and why, rather than continuing to talk trash? Not interested in the misguided and perverted reasons, but who would be best for the City of Providence?

Now stop the baiting.
Huh? "Mr. Community Organizer?" As a Providence "resident" (in "scare quotes," as if I weren't a "resident," or "voter"), I think my choice is clear: no felons in city hall.

Look, leave your Obama Derangement Syndrome at the door. This is the Rhode Island forum, not the ODS forum.

And you're not interested in the "misguided and perverted" reasons? And you expect me to respond to YOU? LOL! You've GOT to be joking. You don't even live here! You have no vote, you instead are a yenta.

Sorry. I choose to engage rational, logical, intelligent, educated and civil people. No time for bottom-feeders.

And no, it's not a matter of place cards at a dinner party, it's a matter of standards.

Unfortunately yes, just as you are right now. But if you one day decide not to, that's OK. In fact, that's more than OK.

I doubt it. Those guys are pretty good dancers. You'd be lucky to find such a talented partner. But what does that have to do with Cianci or Providence??

Oh, let me guess. It's because AflieBoy is gay and just like an 8year old would, you consider this some kind of insult?

There must be some other explanation, because we all know those kind of personal and off topic attacks are forbidden, right?

Not to mention being really, really low life.

Personal attacks shall be met with personal attacks...

But seriously, lighten up. It's a comedy!

I see the risk very low, considering he is really the only man up for the job. He is Providence's only hope of coming back again. Much better off with the Devil You Know...
That makes the risk very, very high, IMO. I worry about all the people saying crap like Buddy for King! Buddy for mayor for life!

Like he needs anymore encouragement to believe he owns the city and everything/everybody in it.

A bigger problem is that for all the experience he has, he's proven himself completely incapable of hiring competent and honest people to surround himself with.

What's funny about it? And where is the attack in it? Just a couple of guys dancing.
