"PROVIDENCE — Police have charged a 32-year-old North Providence man with murder in a fatal shooting early Saturday morning on Julian Street. Kenneth Hernandez was interviewed at police headquarters over the weekend and later charged with the murder of David Camacho, 32, of Providence. Hernandez is scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon in District Court, Providence. Providence police Maj. David Lapatin said Hernandez and Camacho had been at a nightclub together prior to the shooting, and had traveled in the same car to Julian Street with plans to go to an "after-hours party" nearby on Ryans Lane."
Also, the Providence police log has reported this murder as taking place at 58 Julian St..

Police found more than a dozen spent shell casings on the pedestrian footbridge.
Shortly after investigating that scene, police then received reports for possible shots fired into the Providence Fire Station at the intersection of North Main Street and Branch Avenue.
Upon arrival, police observed damage to the front fire door as well as the window, and observed two bullet fragments inside of the station."
