I've known the Sciaraffas back to the mid 60s.

they are Genuine San Antonio Characters.

Mary may have owned it at that point. She owned dozens of those big old 2 stories in that area.

She died bout a year and a half ago at the age of 95.

I always knew that one to be owned by Richard.

In that satellite link from Mr 56 http://goo.gl/maps/URtdR
the building to the south of the house was Richard's Confederacy Beer Garden.
it could get real wild and wooly in there.

he owns the White Rabbit now.

Okay, I got a question or two.
How is all of that put together?
Since you apparently have dissimilar materials, is there any kind of expansion joint that's not visible?
How come everybody but you has on a safety harnesses AND they are anchored but not you?
How much of this renovation are you involved with....unless that's privileged info.

Love the pics.

That's kinda like sayin' Red McCombs ain't exactly broke. That family was a riot! Mary was always full of monkey business and Richard wasn't any better. There's not much tellin' what any of them would pull for fun. I haven't seen any of them since the 90's though. Maybe I need to get out more.
