Wow, the house moving pics were interesting. I'm a fan of the unusual gargoyles on the old buildings. Once again, amazing shots. I think this is the best city pic thread on CD. Not living there anymore, I especially love seeing these photos. You guys have found so many cool things to photograph. Thanks for including the link about Mr. Hays.

the house moved about three miles or so to the west.

Amazing photos, I'd like to see more of those pics if you have them. That's a neat old house.

Sunday afternoon at McNay...

... enjoyed the sight of couple old cars:

Classic cars - a set on Flickr

and pretty girls:

The Park:

The McNay Museum - 24-room Spanish Colonial Revival-style mansion that sits on 23 acres (9.3 ha)
that are landscaped with fountains, broad lawns and a Japanese-inspired garden and fishpond.

More pretty girls - this time in bronze:

Default cool crest golf course-san antonio texas-2013

cool-crest-golf9-2013_zpsd91ecb93.jpg Photo by Darryl_Glen_Pearson | Photobucket

i was driving past this gold course today, and realized that most of the landscape was gone. i pulled into the parking lot, and walked inside the miniature course. the owner was there, and allowed me to take these photos of the inside of the course being revamped and remodeled. it has been closed at least 15 years. after all the work is completed, it will reopen sometime in june-july of this year. i used to go here as a kid with my parents; and then in later years as a teenager with my date. lots of memories here.
