wCat,

Don't forget coordinating between utility companies. There was a BIG delay on the current Loop 1604 widening project when SAWS (water/sewer) and CPS (electric) utilities did not coordinate very well.

Are you sure? isn't it on the side of the building? You may be right, I am probably wrong but I could have sworn that it was painted on a wall because several years ago someone making a big deal about it. I may just have the schools wrong. My point was that the previous thread had no merit when it comes to SA and the supposed abundance of confederate flags.

Greed....the British flag is the Union Jack. It's very similar, but tied to Winston Churchill, it has a very different meaning. I don't think you were seeing things!

Steel.....you're exactly right. I did plenty of boundary searches for CPS and SAWS too....and LCRA and and ....UGH! But, yes.....all of these entities effect progress on road construction.

Landata has made research in Bexar county SOOOOOO much easier. Unfortunately many of the smaller counties don't have the funding to go completely automated...or the computerized data is on limited to the last 20 years. When county roads cross into a new county, then we have a whole other bag of worms!

SA G...I remember some issues involving flags in other states as well in the national news. The students inherit these problems when they come to school....they didn't start them. Personally, I think flags should be limited to the Stars and Stripes and possibly the respective state flags. It sure would stop a lot of unnecessary conflict and misunderstanding.
