See 6 Onondaga County towns where the average home price is over $300,000: https://www.syracuse.com/data/2021/1...er-300000.html

From the article: “Average home prices are up across the board in Onondaga County so far this year.

The average price for a home in the county is now $231,200, up from $202,800 at this time last year. That’s an increase of 14%.

Not a single community in Onondaga County has seen home prices drop in 2021. In six towns, the average price is over $300,000, according to data compiled by the Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.

The list includes Fabius, Otisco, Skaneateles, Lysander, Pompey and Spafford.

The data includes sales reported through Tuesday.

Fabius has seen the biggest percentage increase in average home prices this year in the county at 65%. The average price in the town was less than $200,000 at this time last year and it’s now over $302,000.

Prices are up 22% in the city of Syracuse to over $137,000.”
