honestly, I think CNY is the best value market in the country, if not the world.
not only do we have the best people of character living here, but we have a very well-balanced lifestyle, which includes low pollution, low traffic, low cost of living.
the taxes are the only negative. and the cold weather if you are a child and don't know how to wear proper clothing during the late November to late March weather )))....

I think we should just keep this secret to ourselves though.

What I love about the area:

1. Green Lakes State park
2. Syracuse basketball
3. Italian food
4. Four seasons
5. Great houses under 200K
6. The people are laid back and very friendly
7. Access to NYC and Boston and Toronto if you need to get a few days in a top notch city.
