Yes, some people have taken advantage of the Syracuse Land Bank to revitalize properties in various parts of the city. Some of it has been touchy in terms of how the Land Bank does business and who it may benefit, but there are examples of people bringing properties back.
^Do you have information for Madison and Oswego Counties? I ask because others may not know that both of those counties are a part of the metropolitan area as well. I guess including Cayuga County wouldn’t hurt, as it is a part of the Combined Statistical Area(CSA).
