Up an down Sheldon rd, spreading out from Carrollwood and Citrus park. Lots of older places don't age well with the competition with new communities being built. In florida whats the average time a homeowner keeps their house 7 yrs?

Westchase is far from ghetto. The average income over there is over 100k.

I noticed a lot of ghetto, people moving into my area.
They don't seem well educated and four of them live
in a two bed room apartment. I also see the families
hanging outside by the stairwell during the day.

Isn’t there like only two or three actual apt complexes in Westchase? Crap with the rental prices they are jacking you on and that area especially I can see why 4 people would be in a two bedroom. Just be a jerk and complain to the rental company. The house prices are still near upper 300s and 400 plus. Far from ghetto....
