I like Denton and all, but I just don't think it has enough going for it to become the next boom town. If I had to pick the next 'boomtown' it would absolutely be Fort Worth.

Fort Worth has already boomed like crazy, but I still think it could really escalate to the next level and it has a much more developed urban core and infrastructure to attract more people. Plus it's not terribly far from some hot job centers like Downtown Dallas, Las Colinas, and Schwab just announced they are moving to Westlake.

No it won't grow to be big as Ft.Worth.....but it will grow really quick in the next two decades.
