We went the BBQ at Tanque Verde Guest Ranch and loved it. We wnt to go again but they only have it 2 days per week.

I'm trying to find a similar style venue--outdoor, steaks by the campfire, cowboy flair.

Is there any other place like this in Tucson?

One place that comes to mind is Lil Abner's Steakhouse on Silverbell in Marana. I don't get out much so i'm sure other posters will have more suggestions.

It's good to hear that Tanque Verde Guest Ranch is still operating. I lived in Tucson in the mid-1980s and a friend operated Reddington Ranch at the end of Tanque Verde/Reddington Road on the east side. Friends and I would ride on weekends, through the Paul McCartney/Linda Eastman property, other properties and onto the Guest Ranch and stop there, tie-up the horses and down a few beers before heading home. I loved that about Tucson. The riding, the Guest Ranch, the people we'd meet on the trails, etc.
