I took a peek at the song choices for tomorrow night's show.

Spoiler
Hollie would do great on her first song choice. Really? A song from some untalented boy band? Hollie has got to be joking me. I bet Skylar would nail her first song. Another Adele song? I am getting tired of these contestants doing Adele songs. A.I. should ban Adele songs so contestants don't keep doing them when they can get their hands on it. P2 and Joshua would ruin those songs and Jess would do fine tomorrow night.

Whatever. We all have our opinions. I think she carries herself with poise and dignity. And she listens to the judges comments. I think it was Haley who used to get mad when the judges commented.

I like Jessica, too, and you're right that Haley used to get ticked at the judges comments. I liked Haley, though, so you're not allowed to diss her

I so agree with you. Jessica is a sixteen yr old kid, but she handles herself like the seasoned pro that she is. She may not be hamming it up for the camera, but she has a nice, quiet presence. I am not a fan of those cutesy pie kids who act like they are 30. Lauren Alaina comes to mind.

Hmm. Well, I do think Hollie did a good job with the staging - but wasn't as thrilled with her singing as the judges were. It also went totally contrary to Jimmy and Steven's advice about not putting on a show. Her styling was better - I still don't like her voice, enunciation, package. I think they should have her try some Dusty Springfield.

No it doesn't.

1st Round
Hollie, much improvement with stage presence. The camera persons did my biggest pet peeve and not focus on artist while she was singing.
The artist have only a few minutes to sing but when she was singing we where watching trombones and dancers. The control room needs to know when to switch cams.

I agree about the cruddy camera work, Sunny.

P2 was the best of three so far for me - even with the change in melody.

I happen to love that CCR song and was looking forward to Skylar's version. It fell short for me - way short. I didn't hear what the judges did at all - she was rushing it and didn't seem to understand what it meant - she looked happy and was doing her sex kitten hair move - wth?

P2 and Joshua duet - expected it to suck and the first half of Joshua's did for me. P2 did surprisingly well, and when he sang "I'll get down on my knees for you" - well, be still my heart. They did better together in the second half, IMO. P2 was so funny making his moves on Joshua - I think he was totally comfortable and had no qualms whatsoever - Joshua disappointed me, though, with how homophobic he acted.

P2's performances are the same old boring performances every week. There is no way he could make it into the finals. (Unless clueless teen girls keep voting for him)
