I think they have tamed all the judges. I actually like it better. I also like that they are not constantly showing 2 hours per night.

No. I think she is fine. She is quirky, subtle, sassy & well, just Paula.
I find her to be interesting & I'm sure the long hours of auditions are exhausting. Though I would choose their profession over mine any day of the week.

I watched American Idol for the first time ever last night. Of course its still in the first stages, but.. blah. I dont see what the big deal is. Anyway how many idols have really gone and made it really big... 1? Kelly Clarkson. I'm talking winners, not contestants.

Carrie Underwood & I am more than sure that Jordan Sparks is on her way.

And yes, talking contestants there are quite a few that have gone big.
Chris Doughtry, Elliot Yamin, Blake Lewis (well...he's doing alright) & take a look at Jennifer Hudson!

So far, I'm also liking the judges a little better. Don't throw things, but I think Simon is kind of sexy. I thought it was sweet that he was nice to the girl that had been in the accident. Although, I hope no one is mean to her in Hollywood because it would be sad to see her spirit crushed.

That's exactly what I was thinking while watching her the other night !
