Wonder who put the bug in Penner's ear that he was targeted for a blind side that made him decide to use his immunity idol. All along he has thought that he was safe and going to the final 3. He lucked out by playing it.
I think he played it because he knew, even if his 4-person tribe stuck together, that he didn't have the numbers and couldn't be 100% sure they were able to pull anyone over from the other tribe. He was smart enough not to go out holding an idol in his pocket.
I'm kind of surprised Jeff and Carter switched alliances just because he wants returning players out before him. He had a much better chance of sticking with Penner since they got Skupin and RC on their side. Now instead of being 4th or higher, he'll like be 7th or 8th.
I liked RC and didn't want to see her go. And I don't understand why her tribe disliked her so much?!?!?!
Glad Penner got to stay too. But I see there are going to be some fireworks next week since almost everyone voted for him.

Penner or Kulpin are next for sure, doubt seriously that either one of them will win immunity.
Can't wait for Abi's trip to Ponderosa. The reunion with RC should make for some fireworks.

How'd you like it when she just drops out of the comp because her goal of waiting for RC to drop out has been met? Prima dona (blah, blah, blah - can't type what I'm really thinking)...I pretty much like everyone else...oh sure, some more than others but no one comes close to being as offensive as Abi.
I had to wonder last night if Jeff (our beloved dimples) gave Jonathan a wink or something which prompted him to use the idol. Don't really care as I really like Jonathan.
It's still funny to me that everyone STILL doesn't know Lisa's former "job". Additionally, everyone looks at Penner as a "veteran" of the show, while he, too, is an actor. Maybe he hasn't done a recent film or show, but he's still a famous guy.
To answer whoever asked about the "ready made shelter"....No, there was no shelter built for them. Lisa made a comment about when the others were busy building a shelter, THAT's when she decided to go into everyone's bags and hang out their clothes and found Malcomb's HII.
