Nightcrawler, you really do need to get out more often. Keith, in addition to having a nice career all on his own, is married to Nicole Kidman. He hosted The Voice in Australia last season.
I am a country music gal at heart and am glad they finally have someone from that genre, though I wish it would have been Brad Paisley as they rumored not long ago. I like Keith Urban, but his music is more crossover than true country.
I have learned to fast forward through Randy's ramblings, but was thinking it would be nice to not have to make the effort.
I was thinking I might can handle Mariah and her comments if she doesn't come off as too diva, but that's no guarantee!
Nicky M though....can't stand to listen to her talk much less sing/rap, so I want no part of her judging.
I think I might have to skip it this year....just like I skipped AGT due to Stearn. Didn't even miss it one bit either! lol

Nicki Minaj is such a nut. She was caught on tape cursing Mariah Carey out during the tapings of the auditions segments...buckle up babies its gonna be a rocky season.
I think it's all part of a publicity ploy to increase viewership. I've read how low the ratings have been and how AI is desperate to beat X Factor in the ratings this year.
I've also read comments from people behind-the-scenes that Nicki and Mariah get along very well. Nicki said many complimentary things about Mariah before she became an AI judge.

Whatever her age is, she's been in this business for only 10 minutes or something. She definitely was chosen to attract new viewers!
