In this article Mark Burnett producer of Survivor mentioned 3 medivacs this season, the most ever.
MARK BURNETT On Survivor — a lot. Last season, we had three evacuations, the most ever in a season. It was the humidity, cuts, people getting infected and then trying so hard on the challenges.
I really hate the "dumb blonde" type. I had a friend in high school who wasn't that dumb but REALLY played dumb when she was around her BF, oh and of course he just got SUCH a kick out of her. But I digress -- for some reason, I just think Alecia is adorbs. She's really pretty even with ashes all over her face andshe has the cutest smile. She may be more devious than we think. At first I liked Jason and agreed that Blondie should go after that lame effort in the first challenge -- BUT -- I don't like it when men start picking on women that way. And this happens so much in Survivor -- the "cool guys" gang up on the women they consider dumb or weak. So now I'm rooting for her!
I was thinking her smile is a bit maniacal. I think she's definitely the brains at that camp. I wouldn't be surprised if she goes far, if she can make the switch/merge whatever. She has the smarts to get around votes which is what you need.
Nah, I think Pollard was well-liked in his NBA career. His best value on the court was to be a physical, defensive pain in the butt. He was able to guard Shaq O'Neal better than most due to his bulk, aggression and smarts. A marginal talent, probably wouldn't have had an 11 year/$40 million career if he wasn't a high character guy.
I think he's been pretty cool on the show so far. He was hurt when Jen did her public flip-flop last week.
He was useful for his 6 fouls and his hairdo, that's it. You don't have to be well liked to have a long career: Brad Miller and Greg Ostertag had just as long careers and weren't well liked at all. Plus this is a guy who once told kids to do drugs on national TV.
I remember Jeff Kent being on Survivor and acting pretty mellow and cool himself. If you knew this guy while he was playing was the biggest jerk ever and probably a flaming racist too. Not only his opponents hated him but all his teammates hated him equally. The only nicest thing a teammate ever said about him was that he wasn't racist but that he just hated everyone equally.
I think she is right where she should be. I looked up her bio and here's what she has to say for herself.

She also says don't let the blonde hair fool you. She doesn't cry when things get tough and she is a fighter.
Other women in her situation on "Survivor" who have been bullied just broke down and cried. She has fought back and fought well. That's what I admire about her.
