Hard to watch Kevin & Randal saying such awful things to each other.
How could Randal tell Kevin that his dad was ashamed of him, horrible.
Then Kevin's to Randal was almost as bad.
That was difficult to watch....however, they have been at odds with each other all their lives....basically Kevin was horrible to Randall when they were little, remember....?
Unfortunately siblings fight...and it got really nasty, they didn't mean what they said to each other but the sad part is, you can't take words back said in anger....and Kevin was sorry after he said it. Unfortunately, it looks like Randall won't speak to Kevin for a very long time....
Who was the Art (curator) Lady? And who was the couple that she ran to after they had their baby girl?

They were playing up the hospital as being central to blessings & tragedy.
Maybe Kate & Toby meet the girl there when Kevin's baby is born.
Maybe her parent's are killed and she is orphaned.
Oh I hope they don't adopt her because she is orphaned. Then, Madison would need a new ob-gyn if he dies.
I can't believe that exchange between Randal and Kevin. Somehow, that didn't come off authentic. There has been sibling rivalry before but they also looked out for each other throughout their lives (Kevin helping Randal with his panic attacks, Kevin coaching Randal on asking a girl out for a date, and others).
The girl with the dark hair was the adult child of Kate and Toby, who they adopted. She went to the hospital to visit Jack Jr. and his wife/SO.
The girl with the horse was not related to them. She is the daughter of Madison's doctor. She and presumably the doctor are not going to be major characters.

Baby Jack's adopted sister (and the one in the gallery) is named Hailey.
Jack and Lucy name their new baby, Hope.
The man with the horse and daughter - man is named George and he is Madison's doctor. His daughter is named Sadie. Sadie is already a teen at the time when Jack is 1 year old, so no chance something happens and she gets adopted by Kate and Toby. Just a misdirection/ interaction to inspire the interaction between Dr. George and Madison.
Lots of questions still left unanswered, but I thought it was a good episode. I didn't think the episode was centered around Kate and nothing she did in the episode bothered me. She and Toby were actually pretty well behaved.
Very important one to watch to understand what happens between Kevin and Randall. That exchange was brutal.
