I didn't read the whole linked thread but although he was talking about a couple of people he recently hired he did say in the first post that he was inclined to tell his boss to let the two hires go right away instead of waiting for their probation period to be over. So no need to assume that he was a "lowly employee". He was likely in a managerial position, was let go and UE has determined that it was without cause ...

So, TheHitman hasn't been honest all along. We'd busted out hnsq and a few others for this as well.

Trust is key to any relationship. Some seem to think otherwise.

I resigned my job due to it was salary and I was off for 2 weeks under doctors care from the stress of the hours and days of work, upon return to my job they said that they had evidence that I was bashing the company, they could not show me any evidence , they wanted to demote me and cut my pay, then they decided that would cause hardship, I asked them if we could part ways an collect my unemployment, they said yes, now I cannot collect my unemployment due to I did not leave as just cause

So, you could have kept that job at your old rate of pay? If the answer to that is yes, then you quit without cause.

What is your state?

What did you tell the UI people to try to get UI? Pay cuts can be good cause, but I'm thinking you made no mention of it because your employer said, "ok" to your idea of letting you go so you could collect UI.
