Let me know what is going on with people not getting paid or processed or anything..I am hopeful all see the money between today and tomorrow-in bank accounts or mailbox if you don't have DD.

Obviously the system is not up to speed-the GA DOL had to issue funds for people who are receiving regular UI-Tier l and Tier II-I believe that is why SEB was put off till the end of the week-don't know for sure but it would make sense. For those who still have not received money or if you check your SEB app and it still says processing in red at the top of the page-call Ms. Yates and have her check out your info in the computer. I am sure she is swamped but she does return calls. Again her number is 404-232-3189. There is still way too much conflicting information coming from the rep's at GA dol. Go to the source to get your info and let us know what you find out by posting.

hello all -
been reading this post since about page 50 or so , decided to join today . I just got off the phone with Ms. Yates office , thank you for reposting the number . I woke this morning with the dreaded "still processing " "unpaid " status . She had to open up a new claim for me , I asked was it a new claim year , she said no , it basically shows that I have not been employed by anyone in the last 90 days to open up a new claim . she was very helpful , keep me on hold for moments and then returned to say that my status would change sometime between now and Monday and that the funds should reach my account by Wed. I thought I would post this to help anyone that may have the same situation going on with there app . good luck everyone .....

Good for you Jam. See-just call Ms. Yates and get some factual information. Also, if you were assisted by Ms. Yates, contact Andrea Harper with the Policy section of GA DOL and let them know what a fine job Ms. Yates has done in assisting us and providing accurate information concerning the SEB program. I believe she reports to Andrea Harper-or is in the same office-Ms. Harpers email is: Andrea.harper@dol.state.ga.us

Mine still says "still processing" I also called Mrs. Yates office and could only leave a message. I don't understand why they pay some or most of the claims but some are not being paid! Not Fair!!!
