Well as I've been to America and have known 2 women previously in London plus talking to the thousands of Americans on here then yes I DO have a rough idea
Some of us Americans are a bit less couth than you Brits, but we're less boring and have much better teeth.
I've not been able to find any reliable data on adults, but British children have the best teeth in the world (near enough the same as Germany), beating the US by a wide margin - almost half the number of US decayed or missing teeth. No data on straightness though.

As an American, I never realized how dangerous the English Countryside was and is. The murder rate there is astounding. I am surprised there are any people left still living. I would never have known about this had I not started to watch some British television shows on PBS. My eyes have been opened since watching Father Brown and Midsomer Murders. Who knew the murder rate was so high in the bucolic English countryside. These places seem very representative of the entire country so I must assume it is like that across Britain.
