I see that constriction has started for Topgolf and WAWA near MGM, any idea on the timeline when they will start the other projects near MGM, I know that the proposal indicates a hotel, timeshare, apartment and some retail space.

I thought that was supposed to be a Royal Farms and not a WAWA there?

Everybody knows WaWa is immeasurably better. Which is why we're getting a Royal Farms. Because in PG that's how we roll. Silver Diner, Habit Burger, Wegmans... that's for other counties, not us.

Are you saying there are no Wegman's in PG county?

Anyone who is genuinely paying attention will notice that Wawa and Rofo are on opposite side of the same exit, and this phenomenon has been accelerating all over the mid-Atlantic in the past 3 years. They are in a Burger King vs Mcdonalds real estate battle straight out of the 90s. Only problem is that gas tanks are a considerably more expensive to redevelop down the road.

Not sure if this even sarcasm or not, because it's not even true. Wegmans already exists and is the main grocery store I use. And Silver Diner has signed on to be at the exact same development Woodmore Town Center where the remaining empty land is.

There's also a Wawa already on exit 13 in the county. Again maybe I'm just missing the sarcasm.

I picked up on the sarcasm. They named everything that actually exists in the county.
