A few cell phone pics today from our little walk along Alki beach. FINALLY a beautiful day!

Mt. Baker is visible on the left - in between Queen Anne and the start of Magnolia

Nice ones! I have some film shots from Smith tower, but it was overcast that day so I couldn't really see any of the mountains. I definitely need to visit Columbia Center next time.

Edit: I'm sure I've posted it before, but...

Columbia Center is at least 20 times better than Space Needle and is twice as cheap! The only disadvantage - it's only open during business hours and days. There is also a Starbucks on the 40th floor.

Yeah, the Space Needle is a bit pricey, IMO. And Smith Tower isn't nearly as tall, but I love the architecture (and especially the elevators!).

I definitely need to go to Columbia Center. I had a friend who used to work in there and would always take pictures from the Starbucks up top. I'm such a sucker for views like that. I'm going over to North Bend to hike Rattlesnake Ridge/Ledge/Whatever you wanna call it today, so hopefully with this weather I'll get some nice pics!
