The average here is 19C/20C which happens during rainy days in June or July with a strong southeasterly air flow.

From the last 20 years, seems like the lowest temperature of the year reaches about -20°C(±6) in TH.

For highs we usually see at least a couple of days in January or February with daytime temps only around 20, and for lows we almost always have at least a few days where the low is in the single digits. Also every 2-3 years we dip below 0 for a couple of days and we get a couple of days where highs are only in the teens.

According to Wikipedia's climate bar, Minneapolis is Zone 4B, but their mean annual absolute minimum is listed at -18.9°F, which would be 5A, but their absolute record low is -41°F

-4.7C is the average of the last 11 years for here.

Some areas around here don't get down to 0C on average though.
