For highs we usually see at least a couple of days in January or February with daytime temps only around 20, and for lows we almost always have at least a few days where the low is in the single digits. Also every 2-3 years we dip below 0 for a couple of days and we get a couple of days where highs are only in the teens.

-4.7C is the average of the last 11 years for here.
Some areas around here don't get down to 0C on average though.
