nah, still too cold for my tastes. in late july/early august the water temperature is usually more comfortable.
i think it means that you're allowed to cross them to facilitate overtaking.

Spring/summer: The picture was taken two weeks ago. From inland Norway. Approx. 2.5 hours NW from Oslo.

Western Europe is a pretty big area to make a statement like that. I'm sure there are places with complete isolation & spread out hills. No?
Sure there must be places where you'll be quite isolated, but nothing comes close to, say, Wyoming. Maybe a lodge in Scotland would be fine?
