Ridiculous? No. That's the coast for you. Mowing lawn....in shorts....swatting bugs away!! 24hrs later maybe a half foot snowpack.
What do you guys call this area...Subtropical Dbz? lol

12z GFS operational... I think these estimates make the most sense.... no other reason than just a hunch.

Gotta love living in this part of the country..... just look at the temps the last 7 days for my area:
Depicts new record high for the date.
Depicts new record low for the date.
Depicts new record low-high maximum temperature for the day.
71 yesterday followed by mid-50's today and a winter storm tomorrow for potentially 6+ inches......

Can you imagine living in Florida? I think I would be sleeping more though. LOL!
AccuPro is awesome now! Added more parameters.
GFS12z data for NYC. Surface temps low-mid 40s 1am-7am.
Freezing level doesn't drop below 3500 feet till after 1pm
0.65" qpf. Not a lot!! Looks like flurries for Thanksgiving day too.

Here's the GFS data. Your Freezing height at 2700 feet at 7am compared to NYC at 4100'
Here's the NAM sounding for 7am... and you stay snow all along.
