Anyone west of that blue line it's below freezing couple thousand feet above your heads.. So basically it's raining while it's below freezing not too far above.
Anyone above 2000' is seeing snow right now.
That will lower as the column cools to the surface.
SPC mentions heavy snow rates highlighted in pink. Some big highways inside there. Hope everyone has good tires
