Well it looks like the odds are ON for some snow sunday. Of course the Met Office won't even mention it and then everyone will be shocked. Yawn.

We're definitely getting a freeze tonight, it's not forecasted but this morning's low was 38F, a full 4-5F lower than it was forecasted to be. One of my Jalapeños doesn't look too happy, hopefully it'll perk up once the sunlight hits it.

It feels like it's November right now.

Hmm. Even down there. Growing season hasn't started yet so no frost warning.

Last week I said save your forecasts for this week. I knew that would happen.

Hence the reason why I ignore NWS soooo many times. Its good to get an idea but for details forget it. I kept saying temps near the ULL were showing 10-15° below normal. Not 5-10. We'll see how next couple days are.

The ULL has dropped a bit south to near Lake Erie now.

Here's the current temp departures and temps. Widespread 5-20 below normal from Tennessee northward.

The only exception will be near the coast as usual. Departures might not be as impressive or negative.

38° Low here this morning. Tomorrow should be coldest for everyone probably till Fall?

Many folks Im sure surprised. Then again.. just a normal scene lately. These are Wind Chills. Feels like 22° in Binghamton with light snow.

Snow bands moving SouthEast.
