Suddenly I find myself looking for the opposite. Thought I would be ok with the heat. Didnt take long. Lol

Cant it just be 70s and low 80s for 2 months at least? Gees. Always jumping into summer after 1 month of Spring.

Anyway... cold blast #1 of summer?

So they join Duluth and Winnipeg as places to hit 90 before me. I'm not complaining.

With a warm March and cool start to May, that almost happened here. Though of course not every day was in the 70s.

You don't understand, this is getting to me, I hate late anything, unless it's beneficial. We average over 40 degree days in a year and have gotten up to 91. May alone averages 3, it's not a good omen for the rest of summer if we don't get any. 4th year in a row to get the first 90 late.

Last year we didn't reach 90F until May 28!

Pretty summer-like here today. It reached 91F with a dewpoint of 73F. Convective clouds this afternoon. Some thunderstorms in north LA.

Low tonight of 74F.

Did MDW hit 90 degree today? I thought it did yesterday, but 89F ended up being the high. Some storms popping up now

I'm with you. Except for the late arrival of winter, which is something that I like. I am very fine with average weather if it means that nothing is delayed, but outside of summer, I get excited when the weather is above average.
