So here's the final Version. It's interesting, how with a bit of planning, a guy can be promoted and punished at the same time, and company have its face and policies saved.
What they did, they moved him to the late afternoon shifts. In some banking building, that has no customers.
Now, because he'll be working after 9pm for the most of his shift, it's 1.5 pay. PROMOTION.
Because there is no customers there, and no one is going to rob that place, there is no way he will show his heroism again. POLICY saved.
Of course, night shifts are night shifts "Punishment".
