There are no "blonde" men anywhere not unless they have changed their sex.

I know the UK is diverse, but not as extensively diverse as the USA.

Britain and even England is at least 70% Brythonic, or Celtic ... period. Anglo Saxons who hardly dominate our DNA have managed to re-invent Southern Britain in the eyes of many

The virtual absence of Celtic influence on Old English suggests that the Germanic Anglo-Saxons were overwhelmingly the ancestors of the original English people. Whether the English have absorbed substantial Celtic ancestry since that time is not something I can claim sufficient knowledge of.

English now ,has majority words based on Old English, but the language is littered with Latin, French and British words, place names such as Kent ( Cantiaci tribe) London, Thames are a few of many Celtic (pre Saxon) names strange how they remained yet others faded away, DNA doesn't lie, the Saxon men (probabley 30,000) just married British women . Just as the Saxons left SOME DNA , the language base and place names. Next, the incoming Normans tore down the Saxon wood churches, built their stone Cathedrals, next the Vikings left their words (Beck) for stream and their Herdwick sheep and drystone walls! But British native DNA still remained dominant. Then masses of Irish, Welsh, Scots stirred the pot by moving into England from the 19th.C. So the modern Englishman is prob 60% Brythonic,[including older. Belgic tribes, 15%Anglo Saxon,10% Irish Gaelic, 5%Frisian,5%Norse,3%Norman 2%yRoman/North African

What's that? I speak both English and French fluently. It's true many French words were brought into the English language, but the syntax and grammar is Germanic, rather more similar to Scandinavian languages like Norwegian than standard German. The Brythonic amongst the English is more mongrelized, not thoroughbred as with the Irish.

No country is totally Germanic or Teutonic. The overall average English genome is 38% Anglo-Saxon in origin based on a recent 2016 study, not your "guessed 15%". There is no difference between Anglo-Saxon and Frisian genetically. Each the Welsh and Scottish are overall genomically 30% Anglo-Saxon according to the same study. The English are essentially a Germanic/Teutonic people.
Now if we only go by the Y-DNA haplogroups subclades most common in predominantly Germanic populations, the I1a, I2b, R1a-Z284, R1b-U106, R1b-L238.
Most Germanic nations by Y-DNA
1) The Netherlands = about 70%
2) Sweden = about 65%
3) Denmark = about 58%
4) Norway & Iceland = about 55%
5) England = about 53%
6) Germany = about 40% ( though much higher in northern parts)
7) Belgium = about 38%
8). Austria = about 34%
9) Finland = about 32%
10) The Czech Republic = about 26%
11) Switzerland = about 22%
12) France = about 21%
13) Slovakia = about 19%
14) Estonia = about 18%
15) Poland = about 14%

DNA testing shows that only the east coast of England is genetically dominated by Angles / Saxons / Jutes / Normans / Vikings. Rest is dominated by pre Roman British DNA.

Isn't the UK like 85% White? The U.S. is 60% White. Quite the difference.
