I'm in the process of tossing years of saved Christmas card photos, many of which have the apostrophe to indicate a plural.

I saw a new store that opened yesterday, and the sign in the window said, "Ladie's Wear". C'mon.

At this point, I can't recall where it was, but many years ago I spied a "Ladie's Room" sign in a store.
Because it was clearly a store that catered to semi-literates, I quickly departed, which is probably why I can't recall the name of the store.
