Observation: One hand sink (next to right side door) has no soup in soup dispenser. Each handsink must be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.Provide alternative soup or fix dispenser.

Observation: Handwashing sinks do not have any signs when employees must wash their hands. All handwashing sinks used by food employees shall have signs posted at the handwashing sinks. Observation:The entrance does not have the official no smoking sign. ALL public buildings at the entrance/exits shall be provided with the official no smoking signs. Given during this inspection to post at entrances or exits

Observation: Keep ice scoop on a tray or other means that can be washed, rinsed and sanitized. CORRECTED ON SITE.
