    Observation:Caseof apples on floor in walk in cooler must store food off floor by 6 inches, move to shelfing now, temp promo item not to be continued in future.
  • Light bulbs, protective shielding
    Observation:Light bulbs in reach in doors of walk in cooler are unshielded, either provide shields, tube and endcaps, or shatter resistant bulbs. One light in Coke (True cooler) is taped at top- repair to have cleanable surface and protect from shattering.
