    Observation: Bacon is subject to potential contamination by improper storage in walk in cooler. Found unsealed open container of product on shelf.
    Correction: Change methods or procedures to protect foods from contamination. Pic sealed open product package.
  • STORING MAINTENANCE TOOLS
    Observation: Floor mop and full mop bucket with dirty water was stored in the kitchen food prep area and are improperly stored.
    Correction: Remove maintenance tools from areas that can conatminate food, equipment, linens, single-use or single service articles.
