Management may keep canned and hard plastic containers, but these surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized. Shelving surfaces also must be cleaned and sanitized.

    - Food stored in non ANSI/NSF approved containers (cardboard boxes) - All food, food items and beverages are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor or on ANSI/NSF approved racks to prevent the harborage of vermin and easy cleaning.
