Food items affected by fire hose water from the ceiling with soft packaging surfaces like paper, mylar, plastic, and cardboard shall be removed from shelving and discarded(cereal boxes, flour, snack bags, noodles, and plastic cups). Management may keep canned and hard plastic containers, but these surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized. Shelving surfaces also must be cleaned and sanitized.
