Air conditioning unit located above the food prep sink observed spraying condensate into prep sink and surrounding areas. ORDERS: Discontinue use of this ac unit until is not longer sprays water. Unit was turned off while this Sanitarian was present.

No splashguard provided between handsink and clean equipment at the second floor dining area.
