Three compartment sinks are being used incorrectly. Management discribed a process were wash is done in middle compartment of warewashing sinks.

utensils were stored incorrectly in serveral containers through out the food preparation area. Knives, forks and spoons that are not prewrapped shall be presented so that only the handles are touched by employees.

A covered receptacle is needed for sanitary waste disposal in female restroom area.

Light in ventilation hood system is not shielded from breakage.
