- Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. - Sink stoppers were not present at both 3 basin sinks to properly wash, rinse, sanitize meat knives & other equipment. (CORRECTED ON SITE) - Meat grinder in walk-in refrigerator is cleaned every 3 days instead of at least every 24 hours.
