The operator stated that food preparation tables are washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the end of the day during continual use. Corrected on site.
One probe-type food thermometer measured 20�°F in 32�°F ice water solution.
The walk-in refrigerator door gasket was cracked.
The interior of the microwave oven was soiled with food residue.
Several wall tiles were chipped on the corners of the doorway at the entrance to the ware washing room.
Several ceiling light fixtures had one light tube that did not function, in the utensil storage room and in the ware washing room.
