This bit of news will certainly benefit those who might leave a really big city to possibly go to a smaller one. Wouldn't hurt. So when Business Facilities came out with their mid-sized market report, a familiar name made that list.

Lubbock, which I've previously mentioned on Case's Column just because I care , has been listed as the number five place in America with the best business climate. Not bad. Considering the area gets 280 days of sunshine each year,...
