List of Animal Abuse:
1. We confine our animals.
2. We feed and "take care" of our animals, making them lose the ability to survive without us.
3. We mutilate (spay, neuter, clip, dock, declaw...) animals for our own enjoyment.
4. We deprive animals the most basic right of procreation.
5. We selectively breed animals to our liking, ignoring mountains of genetic weaknesses this produces.
6. We force animals to mate.

I watched alot of clips of the film -The Danish girl, I loved the costumes so much,the palette of colours,deep maroon and other velvets and bohemian artist quarters,oh gosh I love velvet and beads,it really lit me up at this time that I'm missing being a bohemian(I suppose I still am).It made me long to be a portrait painter again,I use to paint often and adore portraits mostly in a bloomsbury style,I did some even of myself and I missed it mournfully watching this.So much of me is buried.Of course...

That calendar of strange holidays can be your best friend sometimes. It's true if what you crave comes in the form of its own national day.

What became the case for the subject at hand is just that. Friday was National Double Cheeseburger Day. Sounds good to me. It was followed three days later by National Cheeseburger Day. And what did this writer do on both of those days? He took full advantage.
