There's this new discovery. It's a Vegan Chocolate pudding with unsweetened coconut milk. Instead of maple syrup (blech) I used half that amount of Agave (mmm... tequila) OH.MY.GOODNESS.

So the diet thing is going really well. Jeff's lost 5 pounds in two days. He's doing a lot of hiking. The greatest thing is not being hungry. Sometimes I think 75% of my hunger is in my head. I want to eat to live, not live to eat.

So many years have passed since I've stopped by a movie theater. My money typically goes into more important things..............like food! Well, restaurant food, anyway. But I often reminisce about the way things used to be while going to the theater for a good movie. In recent years, I haven't frequented theaters nearly as much as I used to.
