Lowering remodeling costs

Remodeling the entire house all by yourself isn’t worth the time and efforts. However, there are some things that you can do to save yourself some money without getting into the project. But before that, you need to be aware of your own limitations. Don’t do things that you’re really not comfortable with just to save some money. You may wind up with a remodel that isn’t done very well and face some problems down the road. Just do what you’re comfortable with and what you’re good at....

last mistake?

ok so once again my grandparents dog got pregnant and my dog is the one who got her pregnant and so about 2 weeks ago she gave birth to 5 little puppies so now we have 5 chorkies. yorkie+chihuahua=chorkie and so now we have the task of watching over them and soon or later rehoming them. i am getting a cut of the money but i plan on using it to neuter my dog. i've heard good things about neutering my dog but still kind of scared of the actually thing. so i was wondering if anyone who has had there...

Mortgage Rates Have a Positive Day, Finally

After six consecutive days of mortgage rates ticking higher, we finally had a positive day. At the opening bell, mortgage backed securities opened lower but gradually moved higher prior to the auction of 5 year treasury notes. Following the auction which was fairly successful and better than the prior days 2 year auction, the gains in price accelerated which led to many lenders repricing for the better, wooohoooo!
