Family members 80th B-day and reunion in Phx or surrounding area.
Need facitlies for at least 50 people.
Would like fun stuff around...pool to swim or fun atmosphere for the kids that will come.
Have any good experiences where adults and kids had a good time with room to move?

We have the Ribfest in Vinoy Park and a Homes show in Tropicana field. also an art and crafts show in dunedin and do not forget the saturday morning market in downtown St. Petersburg

My mother passed away leaving a large parcel of land and an old farm house. The property was left to 3 sisters and one of the sisters is planning on moving into the home and buying 10 acres. She can Homestead the house and 10 acres and since she is a beneficiary of the whold piece of property can she homestead the adjoining property that is still vacant?
