Florida is seeing its share of rain in the forecast for the last week.

It has settled into the regular summer time pattern of thunderstorms in the afternoon.

It is good on the water bill instead of watering the yard and also helping raise the level of the Florida aquifer that supplies the state with its water.

Ah Sundays, the day of rest for many.... A day of chores for some... No matter what, Sundays seem to bring us all outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, the beauty of the short lived creatures of summer...I think that just being able to relax outside on a Sunday can help one reflect on the smallest overlooked details in life. I think that we are so taxed on our daily lives that a Sunday is our gift for working so hard when a vacation just isn't possible.

So, Next Sunday remember...

Did you ever loose a beloved pet?
I am sad thinking back at this loss.
I think it is because it was this exact time last year that we put our Lhasa to rest.
I watched my husband climb to the top of the crest of the hill....so very upset, digging her final resting place.
It sat there, just an open hole for awhile for awhile........because we couldn't take that last needed step.
