FOLLOWING IN NEED OF CLEANING AND MAINTAINING: INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE IN MEAT SECTION, MILK STORAGE RACKS IN DAIRY DISPLAY COOLER, STORAGE RACKS IN FREEZER DISPLAY UNIT (MUST REMOVE DRIED FOOD DEBRIS AND REPLACE LINER), INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES OF MOP SINK IN REAR AREA, EXTERIOR SURFACES OF ALL MOP BUCKETS, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES OF CABINET/COUNTER IN EMPLOYEE BREAK ROOM.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN BAKERY PREP AREA, DELI PREP AREA BY WALK-IN COOLER AND UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT, UNDER STORAGE SHELVES/RACKS IN PRODUCE PREP AREA, FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND COMPACTOR AND BAILER IN REAR, FLOORS THROUGHOUT DAIRY WALK-IN COOLER.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR LOOSE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN DELI PREP AREA (BEHIND DELI COOLER). ----- MUST REPAIR LOW COLD WATER PRESSURE AT EXPOSED HAND SINK IN BAKERY PREP SECTION.
