An employee beverage was found in the reach in freezer. All employee beverages must have lids and straws and be stored on lower shelves away from all food contact areas.
- Floors, walls, ceilings properly constructed, clean, in good repair
Detailed cleaning is needed on the floors underneath equipment and shelving, along the baseboards, and in corners. Repair the cracks on the floors throughout the facility. Reattach the loose baseboards to the walls throughout the facility.
- Non-food contact surfaces clean
Detailed cleaning is needed on: Tops, sides, handles, and legs of equipment, undersides of fryers, the interior and door gaskets of reach in refrigeration units, shelving throughout the facility, the legs and lower shelving of tables, and etc.
- Utensils & equipment properly stored, air-dried, handled
G.C. Plastic and metal utensils were found stacked wet. Allow more time for proper air drying.
- Food & non-food contact surfaces easily cleanable & in good repair
Repair the torn door gaskets of the reach in refrigeration units. Have the front reach in refrigeration unit checked as it has a large amount of frozen condensation. Re-caulk the sinks and tables to the walls.
- Food contact surfaces cleaned & sanitized; approved methods and sanitizers
Several pans and utensils were found dirty at the time of this inspection. Take more time when cleaning and sanitizing these items.

Do not place employee drinks inside the reach in freezer or refrigerator. Employee drinks must be stored below food contact surfaces and have a lid and straw.
- Floors, walls, ceilings properly constructed, clean, in good repair
Floor repair or replacement is needed as the floor is cracked in several places. Replace missing or loose baseboards throughout including inside walk in coolers, repair/replace damaged FRP and FRP trim, Replace any damaged ceiling tiles. Better floor and wall cleaning is needed especially underneath and behind equipment.
- Storage spaces clean, storage above floor; approved storage for mops, brooms, hoses & other items
Mop and broom wall mounted holders are needed in the storage closet to keep these items off the floor. All storage must be maintained 12"" off the floor to facilitate floor cleaning.
- Non-food contact surfaces clean
Need cleaning including but not limited too: storage shelving, legs of equipment, underneath and outsides of work tables and sinks, inside fryers, inside refrigerators, make units, in-between cooler gaskets.

Replace shelving that is rusted, recaulking needed on sinks, repair/replace counters that are damaged.
