At most Pride events (certainly NC Pride in Durham) the protestors provide their own "intolerance exhibit" on the sidelines, for the marchers to enjoy and chant to. Usually church-based, you'd think they would spend their time in food kitchens or working for Habitat for Humianity where they could actually accomplish something good, instead of harassing people who have no interest in hearing them.

I don't get out too much I guess. I don't remember the guy who preaches on the corner. I didn't notice him there when I went to view the spectacle.
